Week 708: Guide Licenses and Big Fish

April 2, 2026

1–2 minutes

This week we’re talking about the potential for fishing and hunting guides to need guide licenses in Minnesota, and some of our big fish in this state! Darren Troseth from 3 Rivers Guide Service joins the show and we get his opinion on whether or not we should have guide licenses here. He also talks about a unique species he caught in the Minnesota River, a report from Pool 4 and more. Bret, Dan, and David start the show talking about Livescope and Bassmaster, the upcoming SJR500, and more. Joe Henry joins the show in the last segment, and things go off the rails.
