On this week’s podcast, Great Lakes Fisherman’s Digest’s John Bergsma is our guest. He tells us about his history of tournament walleye fishing and how he’d never caught a walleye in his life before fishing a derby. He also talks about his start in hosting a fishing TV show, and he has a couple of wild stories from his dad and other family members who were involved in D-Day. He’s currently at Lake of the Woods with Joe Henry, so we get a fishing report as well. Bret Amundson and Dan Amundson start the show breaking down some changes to hunting and fishing in Minnesota coming after the special legislative session was held on Monday, including some deer hunting and bass fishing changes.
